Richard heads up the North American operations for PeopleSolved and founded our first North American office in 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Richard has a proven track record of building recruitment businesses in North America and brings over 15 years Technology recruiting experience. He has coordinated contingent and direct hire recruiting models as well as complex outsourced offerings including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Richard holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Kent in the UK. He has lived in Dallas since 2007 and enjoys indulging his futile passion to be a professional golfer or professional soccer player. It's probably time someone told him he's not very good at either.
