Robin has over 9 years’ experience in Technology, Media, Executive Search and Broadcast Recruitment. He has been able to add expertise to the business by possessing a strong candidate sourcing and engagement skillset which he uses to help train and lead researchers to achieve excellence. One of his top priorities is to ensure that the service provided to both candidates and clients is of exceptional standard with a high degree of attention to detail.
As a Director in the business Robin hopes to lead by example, motivating, upskilling, driving and guiding his colleagues and team. He has an extroverted personality, building strong relationships with his colleagues, clients and candidates. His understanding of the talent landscape in Africa is second to none, his ability to network and source with the best talent is unrivalled.
Robin is based out of Cape Town and is a real entertainer, often considered our comedian. He is passionate about gym, football and running and has two beautiful daughters who he hopes to motivate to push on to greater things in life.
