Having joined the recruitment industry in 2004, Ryan’s early experience was recruiting contractors into both mature and emerging markets in the telecoms industry. He later found his niche in Executive Search, head-hunting influential executives throughout EMEA, but still retained his passion for tech/telco. He has run recruitment teams in the UK and Africa.
Ryan joined PeopleSolved in 2016, leading the telco and engineering arms of the business.
