Solar PV Project Manager - Permanent – Johannesburg
We are looking for a Solar PV Project Manager to manage projects in the Commercial and Industrial space, to be based in Johannesburg. This role will be client-facing and responsible for all EPC activities.
Responsibilities:
Solar Project Management
General Project Management
Contract review and administration
Assist the SHE Officer with Health and Safety File creation and compliance planning and implementation
Grid connection applications to relevant authorities
Internal and external communications
Construction team liaison/Contractor management
Liaison with engineers during preliminary and detailed design
Compiling and tracking of Project Budgets
Compiling of Construction Drawings and Project documentation
Site Investigations
Quality Inspections
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Client meetings and assisting the sales team
Technical support and client liaison including troubleshooting
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Engineering
3+ years’ experience in a similar environment
