Job Description

The candidate will be required to fulfill and uphold the company values of personalized, high quality service by finding solutions to problems that team members and users alike are experiencing. The candidate must be proficient with written communication, as support is normally provided by email to professional staff. The candidate will become part of a young and dynamic team of technology enthusiasts. The candidate will be offered an opportunity to learn new products and technologies, so that they may deliver the highest level of support and service to customers.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • A background in software application support
  • An understanding of financial concepts or a background in working on or supporting business intelligence systems
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately, must be able to talk about technology in simple terms
  • A logical thinker
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Able to work and function well under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • A problem solver with analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
  • A background in software application support
  • An understanding of financial concepts and bookkeeping processes or a background in working on or supporting financial systems such as Pastel, Accpac, Quickbooks, Sage, SAP or any of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP packages
Experience that would be advantageous for this role include:
  • General technical knowledge and aptitude.
  • Familiarity with the advertising and /or media industry
  • Previous Chase experience
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • SQL Knowledge or any other database knowledge would be an advantage
Duties include the following:
  • Manage client relationships
  • Provide telephonic, e-mail, remote and onsite support
  • Responding to customers queries  and requests in regards to company products and services
  • Demonstrate and upsell products and functionality
  • Adhere to standard company and departemental processes and procedures
  • Consult with clients to ensure optimal product use
  • Manage client related projects to uphold efective change management 
  • Stay current with product information, changes and updates
