Job Description

            To maintain current relationships and recognizing potential growth opportunities
                Identify advertising opportunities
                Liaise with and support existing Digital Sales staff
                Ensure curve trends are monitored with changes identified timeously for forecasting
                Ensure that new business plans follow agreed business timelines
                Ensure that key annual planning variables are credible and justified
                Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending IABSA workshops keeping  abreast of media publications and establishing personal networks
                Develop produce and maintain required material (insertion orders, rate cards, presentations etc)
                Manage, calculate, check and report on commissions and targets
                IABSA rate card revenue reports
                Create business relationships with established clients
                Grow new market share
                Constantly be on the lookout for new growth
                Ability to create, conduct and track campaigns
                Meet set sales targets
                Draw up detailed business plans
                Build market position by selling and growing the Company’s product offering to all investment houses
                Monitor and analyze current market conditions
                Manage internal marketing and external agency specialists to develop strategies and execute them
                Develop digital strategies to increase conversion and engagement
                Co – ordinate Digital Marketing Campaigns with sales activities
Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and Comprehensive follow – through
Flexibility to make decisions to ensure smooth & efficient operations
Solid Internet & web tool skills
Strong telephonic, verbal and Communication skills
Time & priority management

Previous experience in a management role in a similar field
Must have managed a team of employees within a department
Established relationships with Digital Agencies
Driver’s license and own transport
At least 2/3 years experience in a similar role
Advanced MS Word, with Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
Online Marketing and Sales experience
In touch with the details of the business or the technology
CRM and email marketing (advantageous)
Reporting and Analytics
Online Brand Management
Campaign Tracking
Programmatic and premium/direct advertising sales experience
Experience with GoogleAdX, Google Adsense and Bluekai
Must have demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising is preferred
Digital Marketing Qualification or similar (advantageous)
Certifications in relevant fields
Clear criminal record (a must)
Previous Digital/Online Marketing Experience (a must)
A proven track record
