Job Details: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new accounts / opportunities Develop relationships and leverage existing networks Collaborate and communicate with the broader management team as part of the sales engagement Responsible for the full sales cycle including: • Contract negotiations • Onboarding of staff at client • Transition of sales / opportunity to the Portfolio Manager • Interim account management during transition Self-motivated, self-managed and proactive Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written This role will have agreed targets against which the successful candidate’s performance will be measured.
