Job Description


  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A relevant HRM / HRD qualification 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Human Resource profession
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience at junior-middle management level
  • Knowledge of Applicable Acts relating to Human Resources, Regulations, Sectorial and bargaining council agreements in terms of the LRA
  • Working knowledge of VIP Payroll
  • Working knowledge of the Deloitte’s National Remuneration Guide and REMWEB
  • Excellent MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Secretarial experience
  • Recruitment advertising experience
