Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Support the HR function with the effective implementation of the Human Resources strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist EM HR in aligning HR practices between subsidiary companies and the EM HR
  • Assist with Recruitment and Selection;
  • Assist with execution of Talent Management strategy
  • Assist with roll-out of HR initiatives to subsidiaries
  • Consult, advice and give direction to HR management in subsidiary and associate companies -with regards to HR best practices;
  • Coordinate short-term development secondment from our subsidiaries and associates to the Group
  • Coordinate EM Training offering; to partner countries. Inclusive of Leadership Programmes, e-learning modules, country training initiatives.
  • Review, motivate, research and assist in selecting relevant training content for EM e-learning initiative;
 
Minimuim Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Relevant post graduate qualification will be advantages.
Knowledge, Experience and Requirements: 
  • 10 years HR related experience
  • Project Management
  • Group Facilitation
  • Change Management
  • Training and Development practices, trends etc;
  • Knowledge of Group HR policies, practices and procedures will be advantages
  • Willingness to travel
