This role is responsible for the delivery of a variety of IT services to support business objectives.
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the service delivery lifecycle within the delivery team. He/she will have oversight of the engagement of the team with all stakeholders across the enterprise. Collaborate across enterprise with process owners, channel owners, legal, compliance, and users, creating solutions that are synergistic to the platform. Engages stakeholders on service design requirements, usability, ease of use, and work closely with change management and the architectural team to incorporate best practices and design into the services platform. The incumbent must be able to leverage process analytics in conjunction with qualitative data for continual process improvements.
The incumbent will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
