Job Description

Provide full desktop support and training
Setting up emails
All related routing between stores, ADSL, Wireless, VPN’s, Modems, Routers, Switches, Live IP’s, DDNS etc.
UPS Support and servicing.
Manage user logins for all stores and from time to time HO users, across the following platforms. Domain accounts, Email accounts, Intranet accounts, RTS back office accounts, RTS POS accounts.
Network troubleshooting
Good knowledge of supporting Microsoft and Mac
Installing printers, switches, network points
Setting up Remote Desktop Connections
  •  MCSE or MCSA Skill set NB

Own car is essential as this candidate will be travelling to clients for IT Support
