IT Office Administrator 
Requirements for the role:
  • Strong telephonic communication skills
  • An administrative or sales background
  • Highly organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Well versed in IT
  • Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • (Pastel advantage)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Energetic person
  • Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
  • Own transport
  • Be eligible to work in South Africa
  • Processing a high volume of product orders
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Making and receiving phone calls to and from customers
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
