Identify and follow up on crypto business opportunities to further improve market share and awareness by gaining an understanding of customers’ requirements and match to product portfolio
Analysis Design of solutions that address requested functionality, explore value added functional or product opportunities
Adherence and compliance to project plans.
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
Design architecture that ensure maximum uptime internal or external security solutions
Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market condition
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising
Promoting the company's e-Security goods and services to existing and prospective clients
Responsible for identification and development of new products, service and business opportunities in conjunction with marketing function.
Manage the relationship with appointed resellers
Project and adhere to budget figures based on local and African market potential
Present product portfolio at Reseller/Customer sites and events.
Ensure Customer account settlement.
Frequent interaction with strategic customers to understand their environment and requirements.
Training will be provided in relevant engineering solution
Experience Required in:
Encryption Solutions and processes
