Your job is simple, you will be based in the office to help and support the account managers to look after the existing clients making sure we capitalise on and close as many opportunities and deals as we can.

Male or Female – Aged 22 to 28
An outgoing personality and great customer service skills.
Sales Driven and a wining mentality.
Punctual, honest and a team player.
Able to work as part of a sales team reporting to senior account manager.
Able to follow business and sales processes.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Minimum 2-4 years’ sales experience in IT Distribution or Reseller Channel.
Knowledge of the IT Industry, selling hardware and software products and solutions a must.
Understanding of working with margins and managing profitability.
Working with supplier and vendors, pricelists, costing models and currency exchange rates.
Ability to maintenance sales forecasts, track and report on outstanding opportunities and quotations.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office - Proficient in Excel, ability to work with formulas and cost calculations a bonus.)
Good verbal and written communications in English and Afrikaans.
Good typing skills.
Assist senior account manager to maintaining existing and new customer relationships and a high standard of customer service.
Prepare customer quotations that meet the clients requirements.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Requests quotes from various suppliers, taking into consideration best prices and availability.
Ensuring all quotes, orders and invoicing are processed timeously and follow through to ensure timeous delivery to clients.
Customer engagement and sales will be conducted telephonically and by email.
Assist in resolving customer queries experienced daily and reporting back to account manager.
Ability to understand the whole sales engagement process.
Updating and maintaining of customers information and sales date in CRM system.
Daily updates with account manager to reporting back on sales and customer activities.
Build and maintain and strong working relations ship with our suppliers and vendors.
Assist with stock order collection from suppliers from time to time.
Keeping up to date with suppliers specials and promotions.
Keeping up to date with IT solutions, latest product development and trends.
Salary and Incentive package:
Basic Salary: R14,000 to R17,000 p/m.
Shared target commission incentive package – uncapped.
Business Travel expense allowance.
Cell phone and Mobile Data expense allowance.
Able to progress into a full time Account Management position
