Job Description

Job Requirements:
 
Main Purpose of the Job (In one sentence)

Skilled engineer, to provide operational activities, with good document writing skills, extensive knowledge with MS Outlook, 3 Party Software. End user Support, Active Directory and Server
 
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
Send out a daily User health reports
Make sure environment is healthy, clean and stable
Setup new users on AD
Setup, Configure Install and maintain all User workstations, Laptops and Tablets
AD-Hoc user and terminal support.
AD-Hoc Operational projects.
Daily, weekly and Monthly operational IT activities.
To install, update and maintain, as well as to solve all server incidents and requests according to the customer SLA
To follow up on completed tasks/calls/incidents as per the customer/user policies and procedures and to update the journals in the call logging system at least once a day within the agreed SLA's of the customer
Maintain and Support all storage systems as per the customer SLA. Daily health checks and Monthly reports to be send out and updated.
Keep Server and User asset register up to date.
Keep Operations guide up to date.
To adhere to customer and internal code of conduct on a daily basis. (Be on time for work, notify when off sick). Show good work Ethics.
To adhere to all customer Server and Infrastructure policies and procedures and completion of agreed documentation as the agreed procedure with the customer within the SLA (through security reports)
To update refine and create policies and procedures that has to be stored on a central data base per change, as well as to provide the relevant documentation for the known errors data base on Edge.
