Who we are

As part of PeopleSolved’s commitment to securing your data, we have developed our Privacy Policy and procedures in line with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

On May 25, 2018, the European Union (EU) will begin to enforce the GDPR. The GDPR has been designed in compliance with data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU and non-EU citizens’ data privacy and to restructure the way organisations across the region approach data privacy.

PeopleSolved conducts business within various areas of the European Union (EU), therefore, regulation in terms of processing and holding the personal information of data subjects residing and shared within this region, regardless of the company’s location, is required. The GDPR regulates the types of personal information that can be collected from individuals residing and shared within the EU region, how the personal information may be processed, stored, shared and destroyed. These are the minimum requirements which guide the way in which PeopleSolved should collect, process, store and destroy personal information.

Transparency is one of the key values that PeopleSolved is known for and therefore we will do our utmost to ensure professionalism during each step of the recruitment process in accordance with the regulations of the European Union.

With the largest research team in South Africa, PeopleSolved seeks to comply with the regulations as set out in the GDPR while continuing to deliver fast and effective service. We are committed to being transparent about the nature of the personal information that is collected and processed and have developed and implemented procedures to ensure that all personal information is processed and stored in a secure manner.
